Tandoori dishes are marinated in yoghurt with aromatic herbs and spices then cooked in traditional clay ovens over charcoal that gives it the distinct smokey flavour. Dishes arrive at your table on a hot sizzler on a bed of specially spiced, grilled onions. Served with a crisp lettuce salad and mint sauce. Please note the following dishes contain dairy (yoghurt)

Hugely popular stir fry curry cooked over intense heat with fresh ingredients and ground spices. Served in a balti bowl for originality.

Spiced infused basmati rice cooked with herbs and garnished with fried onions, cucumber and tomatoes. Accompanied with mix vegetable curry.

Cooked with selected fresh vegetables. The chef can prepare Vegan dishes upon request. Please speak to member of staff.

Tawa is a flat serving dish. Dishes are traditionally cooked dry over high heat in stir fry style. Due to very little sauce you can actually taste and smell all the wonderful aromatic herbs and spices in all dishes. Recommended with nan bread.
